The Impact of Early Adversity on Children’s Development


From the Center on the Developing Child at Harvard University, this is a two page brief on the effects of adversity in early life.

This is important information, which has helped me to understand some of the impacts that my early life have had on my thinking, behavior and personality.   There is more to explore in terms of the discrete effects on the brain as well as techniques for re-framing the experiences of early childhood.  I will share as much of this as I can on this blog. This will form a core component of my book.
